Raised in a multi-cultural, trilingual household, Olivia has lived and worked in three continents across a breadth of industries. At 18, Olivia moved to the United States following the completion of secondary school in England. She enrolled at Boston University to study Comparative Literature in English and Spanish before transferring to Emerson College to pursue a B.S. in Marketing Communication, completing her degree in three years. After graduation, Olivia worked at a boutique agency in New York City before pursuing her Master's in Integrated Marketing with a focus on Luxury Brand Management from New York University, completing her degree in three semesters. By the time Olivia concluded the pursuit of her higher education, she had completed ten internships across media, fashion, nonprofit, and government relations in Manila, Boston, and New York at companies like TOD'S, Moda Operandi, the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, Esquire Magazine, McCann, among others.
Following her Master's, Olivia joined the buying team at Bergdorf Goodman, serving the highest-volume, fastest-moving brand complex in contemporary American womenswear and denim, assisting in the management of 30 brands. She then went on to leave corporate fashion, joining two consecutive CPG startups as the first and third full-time employee, respectively, overseeing a wide range of functions from e-commerce merchandising, product management, digital marketing strategy, UX, and content. She put this arsenal of tools to use once again when she joined B.A.I. as the Director of E-Commerce, the first full-time employee, in 2022 before growing into the Senior Director of Digital, owning DTC strategy and leading digital marketing efforts for its consumer brands.
Olivia resides in Madrid, Spain. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing, horseback riding, attending concerts, cooking, fashion, and travel.
