Abby comes to BAI Biosciences with over 16 years in the aesthetics industry.  As a Licensed Aesthetician and a Certified Laser Tech, she started her career with her own skincare business, then went on to join PCA Skin, now CP Skin Health, where she spent the last 11 years. During her time with PCA Skin, she started in inside sales, then went on to lead the charge with their first ever Concierge Consultant role when they rolled out their outside sales team.   She was a huge contributor to the Massage Envy onboarding, assisting with internal processes, training and becoming a supervisor for the customer service team. She spent the better part of 9 years being a Field Support Specialist, assisting with vacancy coverage, supporting the field team as well as being a wealth of knowledge for other team members due to her experience and tenure with the company. She's done many special projects over the years that have made her a true asset within the organization.

With a love for staying active and cherishing moments with her college bound kids, she brings a vibrant energy to everything she does.
