Raised in Minnesota, Katarina brings a background in healthcare sales, aesthetics, and business development. She is passionate about helping providers identify innovative solutions backed by science, that enhance patient outcomes and support practice growth.

Prior to joining B.A.I. Biosciences, Katarina worked in both medical aesthetics and healthcare operations supporting provider partnerships across the healthcare industry. She has experience working closely with physicians, aesthetic providers, and practice teams to improve patient engagement and drive business performance.

Katarina holds a degree in Marketing and Strategic Communication from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, and was honored to represent her home state as Miss Minnesota USA 2021. She is committed to building meaningful relationships and serving as a trusted resource for the providers and practices she supports.
