Phil is a sales executive with more than 20 years of successful experience. Phil served his country in the United States Air Force and the Air Force reserve. He was awarded the Southwest Asia Medal for Desert Storm. Phil is a valued and trusted business partner who comes to work doing something he loves. He is enthusiastic, loyal and full of great ideas! Phil works collaboratively with clients to achieve a common goal and to inspire people to do things that inspire them. He aims to be a valuable resource, not just another salesman.

Phil started his career in aesthetics at Allergan as a Business Development Manager in the Facial Aesthetics Division where he launched Kybella, Vollure and Volbella. Phil most recently was a Business Development Manager at Nutrafol where he was the President’s Club Winner and Nutrafol’s #1 National Performer for 2022.  He partnered with accounts in TN, KY, AR and MS thriving to bring out of box solutions that supported each account’s individual practice. This ultimately resulted in growth and positive patient outcomes.

Phil lives in Nashville, TN, with his wife. He has two children and one dog named Rose. Phil enjoys working out and playing golf.
