Scott Stepe most recently assumed the Professional Channel leadership position at B.A.I. Biosciences serving as Chief Sales Officer on May 22, 2023. Scott joins the B.A.I. Biosciences team with over twenty years of executive biopharmaceutical experience leading sales channels, operations, and marketing. The past 10 years, Scott has been solely dedicated to advancing innovations in Aesthetics space, leading channels both in nutraceuticals and injectables. Prior to joining B.A.I., Scott served as Vice President of Sales and Operations with Nutrafol where he successfully enhanced and developed their Professional and Operational Channel in the U.S.  Prior to his time at Nutrafol, Scott also held multiple senior management and Director level roles with Galderma, Allergan, UCB Biopharma, and Janssen.

Scott completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Montclair State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences and is an Alumni of the Kellogg School of Executive Management.  Scott was also a scholarship athlete and achieved two NCAAAll American Wrestling honors.
